WARRANTY & RETURNS
We want our customers to have the best online shopping experience of all time! Our dedicated product team is always looking for the best items to ensure the best quality before shipment.
Please, check our size guides carefully before buying using the size chart to make sure you choose the right item. If you have any doubt, contact us directly by email or phone.
If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, we can provide you with an exchange or refund, depending on the reasons. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem with your order!
If you need to return an item, please check the procedure to make the process fast and comfortable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Many types of goods are exempt from return.
Perishable products such as:
We also do not accept returns of intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids / gases.
Other non-returnable items:
- gift cards,
- downloadable software,
- some health and personal care items.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- book with obvious signs of use,
- CD, DVD,
- VHS tape,
- video game, cassette or vinyl record open,
All items not present in its original packaging, if the items sent or having missing parts as well as any items returned to the wrong address or without e-mail pre-approval (pre-approval email to get 7 days maximum after delivery) are exempt from return.
Items on sale: Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale can not be refunded.
CONDITIONS OF REFUNDS
Our refund policy is 7 days. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
CASE 1: EXCHANGE
We only replace defective or damaged items (only on video within 7 days)
CASE 2: REIMBURSEMENT
- To return your product, you must send an e-mail to our support team, acceptances of returns by telephone are not accepted.
- Our support team is the only one able to provide you the address do return. (attach the pre-validation email).
SPECIAL CASE: If you open a refund request with PayPal / Stripe
Be sure to make a video of the defective product for your application to be approved.
Only Paypal / Stripe are responsible for making the decision, our email / telephone team will not be able to intervene, speed up the process or even support your arguments.
REMINDER: Any items returned to the wrong address or without pre-approval email (pre-approval email for maximum 7 days after delivery) are exempt from being returned.
- To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of removal (tracking number). You should consider using a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. The shipping costs are not refundable.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method.
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released. Then contact your bank. There is often a little processing time before a refund is published. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to enter your full information address when paying. In case of delivery problem due to an incomplete address, missing information, etc., you will be responsible for it and we will not be able to refund or return the products.
